EXEDY VIC Rally Championship 2011
EXEDY is pleased to announce that we will be the proud naming rights sponsor for the Victorian Rally Championship 2011 season. The EXEDY Victorian Rally Championship will be contested of 5 rounds to be held in and around Bairnsdale, Bega (NSW), Avoca, Alexandra and Warrigul throughout the year.
VRC Management Group Chairman, Scott Spedding is excited to have EXEDY supporting the championship, "To have a company such as EXEDY to partner us in 2011 is an enormous boost for our Championship. EXEDY are at the forefront of their industry and I see close parallels between the strength and reliability of their brand and the rigours and tests of rallying. We are looking forward to another competitive year in the championship, with all cars carrying the new EXEDY livery. The 2011 EXEDY Victorian Championship will again be host to the popular Hyundai Excel one make Series as well as the outright 4WD and 2WD championships."

ROUND 1
East Gippsland Stages 14 May 2011
EXEDY extends a big congratulations to Steve Kenway and Lauren Palmer who have won Round 1 of the rally! In trying conditions, on Saturday 14 May in the forests surrounding Bairnsdale, the pair pushed their Subaru WRX STi hard and managed a clean run to victory on the wet and slippery roads. The pair have won an EXEDY Sports Tuff clutch kit for their outstanding efforts!

ROUND 2
Bega Valley Rally 12 June 2011
Warren Lee and David Lethlean have won Round 2 of the EXEDY Victorian Rally Championship by a MASSIVE 5 MINUTES! The Bega Valley Rally was held over Queen's Birthday long weekend at the seaside fishing town of Eden located on the far south coast of NSW.
Even the ghost of Old Tom appeared out of the big blue to watch the action! (The immortalised killer whale of Eden assisted local fisherman until his death in 1930.) But enough about fishing...
Lee and Lethlean were on fire all day, the course was altered due to slippery and wet conditions, but this didn't stop the JDL EVO 9 taking out the Champion lead and winning both heats! Lee and Lethlean have taken home an EXEDY Sports Tuff clutch kit for their outstanding efforts.

Round 3
George Derrick Memorial Rally held 16 July 2011 at Avoca
Steve Kenway and Lauren Palmer have taken out their SECOND first place position in the EXEDY Victorian Rally Championship held in Avoca on 16 July. The course stretched over 110km and the duo were clear with one minute to spare before Tristan Penhall and Jolie Middleton crossed the line in second place.
