Safety First

In view of recent developments relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, we felt it timely to provide an update with relation to our strategy to mitigate the impact of this pandemic on the health and welfare of our staff, customers and business operations.

Like many businesses, over the past several weeks we have been monitoring the advice from the relevant health authorities and have taken action around the workplace such as;

  • Promoting social distancing and good personal hygiene practices.
  • Upgraded the office cleaning regimen to include a Coronavirus Mitigation Plan
  • Halted all domestic and international travel
  • Face to face contact with customers (including Sales Representatives) and suppliers has been restricted and alternative communication methods encouraged
  • Enacted changes to limit the interaction between warehouse staff and courier services

With regard to business operations, fortunately, to date our supply chain has remained largely unaffected and as such we have been able to maintain normal levels of inventory. Our customer service, sales teams and supporting departments are working hard to provide you with the high level of customer support and service that you have come to expect from us.
